W&M Bicycling Basics Graduates

For several years, a course in bicycle safety, maintenance, and proper biking technique has been taught at William and Mary through Kinesiology. It is an eight-week Physical Activity course students can take for one credit, pass-fail. It is taught by Allen Turnbull, a League of American Bicyclists Certified Trainer (LCI) assisted by Mary Turnbull. Bill Horacio, Director of Parking and Transportation and Services at W&M coordinates this course with the W&M Bike Alliance. Over 80 students have graduated from this course and are practicing safe cycling behavior and spreading the word about the joys of biking. Here are the latest graduates!
